Garmin Fenix 7s battery draining fast. I have noticed issue with my Fenix 7s and I am wondering if anyone has seen a same issues. Basicly the watch consumes battery around 1.5-2% per hour. As an example I had it on charger yesterday, put it on the wrist around 10pm, woke up at 7am, and during that time the charge dropper from 100% to 87%.
Have exactly the same issue. Battery time is about 30% of what was before the automatic update to 23.00. Never had the issue before, including with the recent versions that 23.00 supposedly fixes. At this point after two hour activity with GPS drains it from 95% of the battery left to ~5% left.
Garmin - Chris over 3 years ago in reply to MrMysakovich +3 verified If you ever experience quicker than normal battery drain after a new software update on any Fenix series watch, the issue will often be resolved by resetting your watch.
Garmin has issued a software update that addresses a battery drain issue on the Fenix 7. There is also new firmware for a few other watches. The latest software version for Fenix 7, Enduro 2 and
My garmin fenix Watch has stopped measuring/ recording body battery and stress levels for the last 2 days. Nothing has changed on my settings and it is still on the list of display items under ‘my day’. There is also no data on the watch widget for both stress and body battery.
I use the cheap 2-for-$9 Garmin charging pucks ( review here ), which I tested side by side also over with regular new Garmin USB-C charging cables and found zero difference in charging times. All results are taken +/- 30 seconds at a 10-minute interval. With the Fenix 7 units being always-on displays, I can use a camera and check results.
Until about 3 weeks ago the battery life on my Garmin 5 was something which impressed me the most, as I only needed to recharge my watch every 5 or 6 days. But now all of a sudden I have to charge it every 2 or 3 days. I did not change anything on the watch at all, in fact I even did a complete reset of the watch, turned off the notifications
To add a new one, delete one of the five first and then press the Add Neyou’llon. 8. Turn on battery/power saver mode when able (especially when sleeping) Consider using power save mode if you find your Garmin watch battery draining but don’t want to disable some of these other features because you use them regularly.
An all things Garmin Fenix related. Coins. Firmware 14.36 released with battery drain fix . I had 0.3%/hour battery usage with v14.31 and so far 0.1%/hour
Same with mi Fenix 5X plus ! About 0.3%-0.5% battery per hour , but after the activity with GPS, the consumption started to be about 1.3%-1.6% battery per hour. Same for both sw 11 and sw 11.73beta. It always helped to restart, but only to the next activity with GPS. Now I downgraded to sw 9.10, so hopefully it will be good. I will test and see
Garmin Fenix 3 – Battery life. Battery life is excellent. I’ve been using it rather generally: an hour of tracking here and there; for notifications; and as a watch. Having charged the Fenix 3
Tristan Descamps September 3, 2023 | Version v2.9g. Completely overloads the watch (in my case Garmin fenix 5x) and causes a freeze. Even by just scrolling over to reach another widget.. Untill you manually delete the widget with the phone app you wont be able to fix this. Tried multiple ways of resolving this issue but nothing seems to work.
Tactix7Pro Abnormal watch battery drop after updating system version 14.31. After updating my Tactix 7 Pro to the 14.31 version of the system, the battery dropped severely and abnormally, consuming 45% of its charge over a 24 hour period (from 100% to 55%, with no movement during that time).
Battery not lasting long enough? Galeliko over 2 years ago. Hi guys, all I read online is that the Fenix 6 pro lasts 20 days on smartwatch mode. I have all health sensors turned on (heart rate, sleeping, stress level etc.) and bluetooth and Wi Fi turned off. Did not had any sports activity (GPS or similiar tracking) cause I am injured and
